Riley Evoy did the opposing team no favors on Wednesday, picking up four hits over four at bats and leading Lapeer to a 11-1 win over Saginaw Heritage. Evoy doubles in the second , singled in the fourth, doubles in the sixth, and doubled in the sixth.
Lapeer Varsity secured the victory thanks ten runs in the sixth inning. Evoy, Meredith Morell, Bailey Allen, Paige Erla, Lou Ruddock , and Bri Opelewski all drove in runs in the frame.

Opalewski led things off in the pitcher’s circle for Lapeer. She surrendered one run on six hits over six innings, striking out five.
Lapeer tallied 17 hits in the game. Evoy, Opalewski, Erla, Ridenour, Greene, and Hannah Erla each had multiple hits for the bolts. Evoy went 4-4 at the plate to lead the bolts in hits.
